RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
Personal by design. Practical by nature.
A beautiful home should also make everyday life easier. We begin with how you live, what your current home is missing and the possibilities of your site.
Orientation, privacy, movement and storage belong in the same conversation as form, materials and atmosphere. The result should feel coherent—inside, outside and in use.
Custom homes
A new home developed around your site and priorities, with layout, light and buildability considered together.
Renovations & additions
Understand what is worth keeping, resolve what no longer works and connect new spaces naturally to the existing home.
Interiors
Joinery, materials, lighting and finishes brought together as a complete environment, with the details of daily use in mind.

Confidence comes from clarity.
Before committing to a direction, we discuss the scope, the information available and the questions the site presents. Design development then brings the preferred concept, consultant input and cost priorities into closer alignment.
Documentation, selections and construction responsibilities are defined for the agreed scope. You should understand what the next stage involves and which decisions it requires.
QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Before you begin.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. Bring the site address, your priorities, an overall budget and any information you already have. A few observations about daily life can be more useful than a completed floor plan.
Can we explore renovating before deciding to rebuild?
Yes. The starting point is understanding the existing building and the opportunities of the site. Further investigations and specialist advice may be needed before the options can be compared meaningfully.
When should we discuss the budget?
At the beginning. We use the budget and your priorities to guide the scope, then revisit cost assumptions as the design and supporting information develop.
Can you help with interiors as part of the home?
Interiors can be considered alongside the building design. The extent of joinery, lighting, material selection and documentation is agreed in the project scope.
