Details, schedules and selections bring precision to the scope. Construction responsibilities, inclusions and pricing are agreed through the relevant contract.

05 / CONSTRUCTION
Deliver.
We build what we design. Dan Meta and Kiom Projects provide a complete design and build service, carrying the project from the first concept through construction and handover. Kiom Projects Pty Ltd delivers the building work, with our design and construction teams coordinating details, selections and site progress throughout.
You stay involved: through the agreed communication and decision process.
